Is this a bug? Hotkeys Question

In the settings you can change how you access the "sec" hotkeys and "ter" hotkeys.  I'm assuming this means secondary hotkeys and tertiary.  So instead of clicking to change the whole bar you could do ALT +(1-9,etc) to access the second row. Or w/e you set it as.  But I have tried everything and ALT+1, CNTR+1, etc all don't work.  Is this a bug or just me, or am I doing something wrong?

For the 2nd bar, it's left ctrl+number

It doesn't work for me... I've tried control+#, etc and have tried changing them as well.  I think somethigns screwy in the settings because when I click to revert to defaults nothing happens.

I'm using Drox UI Mod and everything is fine.  You are using teh regular UI?



Never had UI problem to be honest....  if you see C1 on your 2nd toolbar, that means it's left ctrl+number

I'm using the reg UI, should I use something else?  Where do I see C1 on the sec hotbar?  Sorry to sound stupid but I did mess with the thing for a while...Its going to get really annoying to play sorceror later if I can't get it figured out.
