Can my laptop run vanguard?

Hav been asked many times before, but here goes.

I have a laptop with 1.66 ghz processor, 1GB RAM and NVIDIA  Geforce 7400.

If theres anything else you need to know, just ask.

it's comparable I think? (it's a dual core processor, but I don't think Vanguard handles more than one, so it's effectively a 1,66mhz processor)

I run on the lowest or second lowest settings, depending on area. It's definately playable but honestly looks quite ugly.
