LOTRO website down?

in Lord of the Rings Online
Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing this problem. I can't access lotro.turbine.com. Is it just me or everyone?

Currently: Playing EVE Online
Previous: FFXI, Dragonrealms, sad little stint in WOWland.
Awaiting: Fallen Earth, Hero''s Journey, Tabula Rasa, Age of Conan.
