Problem with a quest.. help please :)

Hi.



I have a small (big) problem with a certain quest - i reached lvl 11 in crafting - and the Trainer send me on a quest to learn new stuff - he send me to Themnwar's Shield (my race is vulmane) - but all the dwarves inside the town (the NPC) are red to me and attacking me on sight.... even the one that i need to talk to... - how do i gain "favor" with them?

find the big bad enemy npcs of the dwarfs and grind them till thier neutral to you then use diplomancy
