Beta Application DXDiag Format Problem (please help)

in Pirates of the Burning Sea
When I try to sign up for beta and run DxDiag and try to upload the file, I always get this error: Your DxDiag output file was not the correct format.



It's in a .txt format what am I doing wrong here?

    Actually, I tried using Explorer and it worked. When I tried to use FireFox no cigar.

    I have no idea what causes this, but yeah, as you found out, using IE seems to fix it.  It's weird because I only use Firefox, and exclusively used Firefox the whole time I was building and testing the beta app part of the site.  And it's not like it's consistent; some people have no problems with Firefox.
