very nice... small battles like that are the best where character builds and skill have determine the outcome of the battle, although an extremely lagorific zerg war can be fun at times too

That was a 40 v roughly 60 battle were the 40 won.

Yea recordings still dotn show everyone present. Plus as you can tell that was edited some for eyecandy but that was an actual fight. It was alot of fun.

Well looks like the maker got rid of the movie. Here is another one that someone made it si a smaller battle than the last one but it is still pretty good. http://www.lordsofdeath.com/net/modules.php?op=modload&name=Upload&file=index&oper=getit&fid=168  This one you have to actually download. I downloaded it and ran a virus scan on it and it was clean. Enjoy. Oh for the people that are interested in coming back wait until after the next patch. The last patch caused some serious lag, but they are addressing it with hotfixes and the next patch is 99% devoted to stability.

Oh to awnser the question of the most populated server it is Vengeance with morning coming in second.

Those percents are the results of the Bartle Test, which determines what kind of player you are. It was originally developed for MUDs but works equally well in mmorpgs.

I'd come back if I could ever find anybody to hunt with.  Servers are dead now, cept for people who have connections and/or already have high levels or are in a good guild.

When I went back the first thing I did after levelling off newbie isle was to start messaging people looking for a guild and looking for my kind of guild, checked out the recruiting forums and went from there. The people I hooked up with weren't great but it was a decent enough guild and far better than a few that I turned down.

Yeah you need to use the ubisoft forums (political or recruitment) to find a guild. Spamming in the game won't get you shit.

SB is rewriting its user interface and altering some NPC behavior code, this the 2.5 and 3.0 patches.  The result of that will be a huge game performance increase.

Every patch they are seemingly working in love for old classes, new mob zones, new powers/skills, etc.

They also seem to be moving in a direction where build times might be decreased (wall segments no longer rank as of 2.5), and that could help out a lot if they move that theory over to the rest of city building.

Some sort of resource system has been talked about on the In Development page, so maybe this summer that will add a new strategic element to the gameplay.

The best way to find a guild is talking and gettign to know people on noobie island. If they are jerks there you sont want to be in a guild with them unless that is your playstyle. The game is comign a long way and is improving every patch. Finding a guild is difficult to do but go to the local freeholds and stand around I am sure you can find a guild there that open recruits until you can find your permanent guild.

Not sure about the real peak numbers, but I'd say that the EU server Damnation is quickly getting up from the 3rd place. It's even that I'd sometime wish less people were there, as on the Ice Island it's starting to be less and less safe to walk through wilderness due to random groups from enemy guilds, and big battles and sieges are going on almost daily.

To update this thread some here is a new video that an enemy guild posted on the SB forums. This is a fight between to guilds that are both enemies of the guild I am in. RoFL is a good pvp guild.
