Anyone hear about people getting 2nd beta keys that were in the stress test?

A friend of mine that was in the stress test got an email yesterday inviting him into the beta with another key, he was already promoted to beta. Can he give this key to a friend to use?

Thought i'd ask and see if anyone else got this email too that was in the stress test.
