i sure hope they will be so censible to include a large part pvp (like 50%). sure there should be alot of pve too, but pvp should also me an incential part.. i was sadend when i heard that wasent the case with startrek online, i hope stargate worlds will be more censible.. try and think, a guild/alliance or what they indend to call it, battling it out on the ground of a planet but also in orbit around the planet.... i mean wow that will bring mmo guild War to a whole other level..

  I am sure they will, and since they will be useing lots of instancing, since the stargate is basicaly that, they will be able to have tons of areas for PVP only and tons of areas for PVE.  Hopefully tho not all areas are Instanced for just groups. Mabe instance that just your guild can go in anytime, but mainly for large opposing guilds of about the same size,(for guild wars)  Like each guild owning their own Instanced planet. That can be invaded at certain times or something like that.

 

    But I am sure they will get it right, this game(startgate) offers tons of options to be taken advantage of, and they are probably scouring them all with a fine toothed comb.

I think the guild hing would be called an alliance in stargate worlds. As there was the Lucian Alliance In SG1 and that was just a group of bounty hunters/ traders, joining together.

Also I think there should be some place where you can pvp when ever you want like an istance war zone.

Guilds currently are being called "Commands" like Stargate "Command". It was actually an idea/name the community came up with in a thread. The devs decieded to use it witch I think is awesome. It shows that the devs listen to the fans feedback.

One of the big ones is Go'ould.



Not sure how they CANT add PVP in the game. I am sure they will. Maybe not 50%, I would estimate 35%

I dont think that would be prober, because what people want is guild(commands or what ever they are called), have a surtain space/base on a planet, which they then should defend, or attack others bases. If its just a planet who people join for mindless ffa or faction or Guild battle, this wouldent happen...

PVP should be like some  other mmo games, where you could declar war at some bases at curatin times, then you get a time for like in 24 hours the war would begin, which enables you to gather some force for the battle.. (like in Ryzom)
