i don't know whats wrong it says "please verify the id for uniqueness" when i press confirm in making a account

I think when ur creating ur acc, and the first step is "User ID (*) :"XXXXX ///////"Check ID*///    You need click in Check ID, to check if that ID isnt already using by someone else

i did do id check but it says " ________ unregistered" so when i put confirm it still says the uniqueness stuuff
