i want a F2P mmo that you can buy at the store, but with no monthly fees. I already have the guild wars trilogy so don't mention those. I want it so that you can chose a race (not just human) also a mainly PvE based game, but with good PvP capability.

Diablo 2 isn't exactly a MMO, but its close. It doesn't have a subscription fee and has good PvE with some decent PvP. Although there is only one race.
