No matter who charged, the boar boyz the black orcs, or even the massive giant nothing could break the dwarf center. Fragments of broken orc units ran throughout the battlefield.--- Excerpt from Games Workshop Complete hobby reference
We are the sons of Grimnir, the most might dwarf ancestor god, dying upon slaying 100 hundred greater daemons. We will be a dwarf clan primary PvP in the Warhammer world.

The General Rules of Brothers of Grimnir
----------------------------------------
“The best rules mean nothing, if they are not enforced.”
#1 Follow Clan Rules and game rules, everywhere!! - This is a simple rule you all should be following.
Punishment: minimum of a warning.
#2 Do NOT Multiclan - t if you are a member in another guild and BOG at the same time, you will be removed.
Punishment: Anywhere from being removed to being
#3 No Lying - This rule encompasses everything. The guild members work together, and if you don’t, you’ve lied by saying you’re a clan member.
Punishment: from warning to black mark to ban (depending on situation)
#4 No Spamming or Flaming BOG's or Any Other guildsThread/Site -
Punishment: Black mark
#5 Obey Orders From High Ranks - If a high rank (or event leader) gives an order, follow it. If they say, “Everyone be quiet!” That means you better stop talking. If they say don’t attack someone d then don’t attack them. ( do a * in your post f you read this farThis rule includes in-game and thread.
Punishment: The person receives one warning, and if they ignore it, they get a black mark.
#6 Respect All Other Guild Members/Allies - Do not make racist, nationalist, or any offensive comment in general to another member in the clan, or an ally. This clan is here to promote a sense of working together, not dividing people apart.
Punishment: The person receives one warning, and if they ignore it, they get a black mark. A ban can also be used in extreme situations.
#7 No superceding authority on Pvp Missions- Important, for organization
May gain black mark or ban
Interesting Right? PART TWO
-------------------
Strike Policy
-------------------
The guild runs on a three strike policy.
Strikes will be listed next your your name on the member list as a [/] symbol.
If you acquire 3 strikes, you are removed from BOG, and banned if the leaders deem it necessary.
Now, this may seem a bit harsh, so since we punish the bad, we reward the good.
You can earn anti-strikes to cancel out strikes. One anti-strike removes one strike.
Earning these is simple; just be productive, active, and an all around a good member, and you will be rewarded accordingly.
You can't get anti-strikes, and save them for later use. Only members with Strikes will be considered for anti-strikes.

My guess would be partially because you have no site and no membership. Also, your rules are just basically common sense...no lying, respect other guild members, no superceding authority, etc...there's nothing different from every other guild out there. If you want people to take interest in your guild over the already established guilds, you need to have something different to offer.
In regards to your strike system, I think it's a bit flawed. In fact I think having a strike system at all is a flaw. To me, this just allows someone who wants to be an ass to do so, then make up for it, then be an ass again. I'm sure you don't want people like that in your community, but basically you're welcoming them. You may say "well if they're like that then I'd just ban them", but isn't that defeating the purpose of having the strike system in the first place? I would just base my membership on a set standard and deal accordingly with those who refuse to meet that standard.
Anyway, that's my two cents. Do with it what you will.
