New textures in free version too?

Was thinking about playing this game, but have few questions before ill start downloading..

Are those updated textures from newest expansion in free version too?

Is there difference in graphics between small and large client?

The updated textures was a pre-expansion update made several months back now and available to pay and free players as everyone can use the large client (the RK ones would be in the small one too), you just need to pay to use the expansion stuff and such.

As far as textures go the only difference I have found is that there are more face options to those who have the Shadowlands expansion.
