    ::::28::I picked mage cayse i have a level 82 og mage. life critter and mana c spec, item war healing trained.
    but i also had a lvl 57 sword who beasted up any mage. that is when they were vulned. but it still was all good.::::28::

    The best character u can make is a og mage but there are toooomany, i would try to go with melee because they are gonna come out with some sweet stuff...

    I really cant choose any of these since I fall in the category of melee and magic...

    ok this basically what I was

    Aluvian -Specialized in Spear- 3 schools of magic trained (including Life, Item and Creature) w/ Mana Conversion)

    so in essence I was an exotic weapon fighter with really good buffing , it worked for me :)

    my main is a lv 93 3 school/xbow/tank... then I have a lv 63 sword toon that can't use magic worth crap...

    My main is a lvl 55 4 school mage who at this time cast's lvl 7s for all four schools almost perfectly give or take a few fizzles here and there. I'd say it's going rather well for this character.

    Running with a lvl 93 sword but hes become a gimp with critter, life and item. Still rocks. Close up and personnal.

    Lvl 40 ogmage. still working on him but it becomes very boring just stood off firing away.

    Battlemage is the way to go if your going mage.  Ring spells are the funnest way to kill monsters in game IMO.  My favorite character of all would have to be bow though.  It's to bad Turbine would never add multiple attack moves for archers and melee's.  I don't know how many times I posted on their official boreds begging for it.

    I would come back to AC drooling if only they would add some new moves for melee's and bows.  Something to make hunting more interesting.  Wouldn't it be awsome if you could do some kinda spin move with your sword.  Or shoot off multiple arrows at once with your bow?  If only Turbine had a brain in their head's =P.

    My main is a battle og.  :)

    I can't stand to play melees, hardly.  Run up, hit the monster until it falls down, move to the next, repeat process. 

    I dunno... it just always seemed so much more boring than mage to me, lol.

    When I started out I played an Xbower.... got to level 24 then they nerfed Xbow.... Used to be early on that you could tap the space bar to jump to exit the firing animation....... not really an exploit as it's only use is for turning tail........ But they nerfed that.... the next day I tried to hit the exat same dungeon I was in the day before...... 45% vitae before I gave up on that character......

    Then I had a level 88 life/mana con spec named kalisto, can't remeber the server must have been about 2 years ago that I quit..... Played all the way till about 2 months after dark majesty.... then the life magic nerf hit...... could do nothing...... got real bored after that......

    One thing I do remeber...... back in the day.... when jump was a real skill that worked..... I used to sit there and have my budy buff my jump skill with jump 4 and I would jump on top of the buildings in that north east town.... can't remeber the name....... this was back about 2 months after release..... every one and thier moma was trying to do the same..... real funny stuff......

    I have a lvl 70+ (4 year old) lol ... Swordfigther.

    Im not into all the spell concentration you have to have for mages. I dont want to remember what spell does what , Im into hack, slash, loot, run. heheh

    actualy i prefer Melee for start ...im newb image..wtv

    in all game that i have start playing i started with a melee fighter..u have less chance to miss ur char image
