Is there any way to improve the graphical quality of the PC version of the game so it more closely resemble the xbox 360 version. It seems to me that the 360 version of the game has much more deeper or fuller colors i don't know if that makes since or not. But ive altered the settings that are in the ffxi folder and haven't gotten the visual quality up to par with the 360 version id also like to add that i do have quite a hefty computer with a high def monitor so i was just trying to put it to good use

Never forget 3 mile Island and never trust a government official or company spokesman.
I started to play this game on a PC with a Celeron 2800 CPU, 1 GB RAM, and some gfx card which was considered good 2-3 years ago. I just bought a new PC: AMD X2 5600+, 4 GB RAM, nVidia 7600 (forgot which two letters to put here^^) gfx card.
On my new PC, I increased resolution, and in-game I turned on or maxed out everything that could improve how stuff looked. I was disappointed, hardly any difference compared to m old PC at all, except from 2 things: I could see stuff farther away, and I have no lags anymore in Whitegate and Jeuno. Don't get me wrong, I like the graphics in this game, it just didn't help much to turn on/up the "improvements".
