Warcraft III

Can somebody tell me about this game: Warcraft III Reign of Chaos

is it an mmorpg or just a regular rpg will multiplayer features?

is there different skills (cooking, mining, etc.) other than battle skills (atk. def. hp)?

how does multiplayer work, is there towns and outposts like in Guild Wars and the rest is single player areas?

is there bosses and levels or can you explore a map and walk around wherevever you want?

answer what you can because i know nothing about this game

    Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos (War3 or WC3) is a real-time strategy computer game released by Blizzard Entertainment in July 2002. It is the second sequel to Warcraft: Orcs and Humans, and the third game set in the Warcraft Universe. The game proved to be one of the most anticipated and popular computer game releases ever, with 4.5 million units preordered and over one million additional units sold during its first two weeks. [citation needed] Warcraft III contains four playable races, including the Humans and Orcs, which had previously appeared in Warcraft: Orcs and Humans and Warcraft II.     yep real-time-strategy, right-click point to move and all that. Build up bases, level up heros, kill opposition type thing, and there is a world editor that people have made custom maps where you have a completely different game. People have made risk games, roleplaying games(generally aren't very good though), tower wars,hero arenas stuff like that. A famous mod is Dota, which you may or may not have heard about. Created by a 15 year old originally on Reign of Chaos, then when the expansion came out it was accidentally leaked or something, and it developed into Allstars which has gained all sorts of attention.

    i hope your joking.  it usually tells you on the box or on the website what the game is about.  if your not joking than you need some help.

    what the heck? this game doesn't have WASD movement? I'm not going to play it, every game should have WASD movement!

    don't worry about game loading he's being sarcastic I hope...  its a RTS game and thats it, a good one that lives up the the quality of blizzard and that set the stage for WoW.

    I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

    LOL!!! ive been a WC3 player for awhile and there really isnt any roleplaying in it. its a rts(real time strategy game) this of games like Command and conqure but in the past and with orcs and undead.

     

    wow ummmm.... how do i explain this.... If you ever heard of world of warcraft then you should know that WC3 is what came before it. Warcraft 3 = RTS

    World of warcraft(WoW) = MMORPG

    warcraft 3 was such a succsess that they made a mmorpg for it.
