Hi, a little help?

in Dark Age of Camelot
Well, I've been bored all day.



Decided to download Dark Age of Camelot, faced a 2 hour download...Well that's alright, it's worth it.



But, what server and side should I choose?



All help is appreciated.

    Well' I'd go Classic for sure with the server type. As the which realm that's all up to U. Just give some class's a try and pick what u like be the best.

    Have you checked on the various classes to see what appeals to you? That might provide a bit of direction as to which side to go.



    I was most happy with Midgard/Shaman (choosing Troll for race).  Mostly, it was the Nordic aspect that appealed to me the most.  I had characters on other realms, but the highest level toons were always found in Midgard.



    As for server, I really couldn't say right now.  It's been so long since I retired and the servers are all clustered now.  I believe the 3 RP servers are in one cluster, but I recall the RP servers used to be fairly decent places.



    However, most seem to be playing on the Classic server (pre-TOA which was an expansion that muddled things up) so for pure population, I would suggest going there.

    you can play it if you use that 14-day-trial file. download catacombs too (it's free now)

    heh, right. check out daoc's web-page and you'll know. Basically, few new classes, new areas eg. instanced dungeons and stuff
