EA Mythic apparently released new screenshots yesterday, but since no one has posted about them I doubt many people have noticed. Anyway, here is the link:
http://www.warhammeronline.com/english/media/screenshots/The screenshots feature a Chaos giant, it would seem, as well as a few classes. Perhaps best of all there are screens of towns and cannons! It even looks like the characters in the shots with the cannons are operating them, though they are not being fired.
Oh, and perhaps best of all is this screenshot here:
Dual-wielding Dwarf HammererI do not think it has been shown or stated that Hammerers can dual wield yet (though I may be wrong), so this sort of proves they can, at least in the current state of the game. Many shots have been shown of Orc Choppas dual-wielding, so I suppose it was only logical. Still, it is nice to see, and the Dwarf looks badass.
I am glad to see they are increasing the rate of released info and media. I would love to see a new batch every two weeks.
Any comments on these? Any favorites?
Edit:
Wow, I did not even notice until I looked again, but check out the Hammerer's girdle! It has a dwarf face etched on it with a big beard hanging off! Sweet! I am guessing this is a fairly powerful Hammerer judging by that fairly ornamental piece of equipment,as well as his armor in general.

Please don't offend Mythic like that.
They had a seamless world when WoW was still a stain on the bed sheets.
But to be serious, yes it will be seamless. Only Turbine has that lame "Im "zoning" into a buidling"
Seriously.

They are doing a fantastic job, visually, living up to the Warhammer license.
This quickly skyrocketed from off my radar to one of my most anticipated games in the past few weeks.

I think those screenshots should put to rest the "I am disappointed in the Warhammer Graphics" post.
The lvl of detailing on the character models is superb, and the characters look very stylized and not cartoony at all to me.
I still say WoW is also stylized and not cartoony, but compared to those screenshots, WoW is starting to look like an 'animated' feature film *wink*
Not sure what I feel about the graphics in WAR just yet but I do like that they've set themselves appart in the genre, something that's becoming increasingly difficult to do now days.
Art or a graphical "look" is so subjective, what I don't like, everyone else might love and the other way around of course. I do think that it might grow on me though, I love the styling of the Orcs and Trolls (green skins I guess?). If anything they show the attention to detail and quality that's going into the graphical elements of the game.
Deffanitely makes me eager to see more. Thanks for the heads up.

Some of the best screenshots of this game so far in my opinion. The detail, the colors... the amazing style... How can you NOT love it?
World of Warcraft is sooo 2004! *big wink*
Also the Chaos intrigue me, but I know everyone and their mother is going to be Orcs/Chaos
Are you from WoW lol? Cows are pretty freeking huge to begin with. It doesn't need to be a demon cow...

Now i really want some pictures of the Dark Elves!
Aaarg im sick of watching Dwarfs and Orcs, gimme some mean dark evil killing machine!
-Pics look god tough...
As for Elves and Dark Elves, I am expecting to see them in May, give or take one month. The progression seems to be such that every month they now release a new class for each faction, so the Empire and Chaos have 2 months left. After that, I suspect Mythic will move on to showing us some Elves.

I live to fight, and fight to live.
I don't know if I agree with that. WAR is currently in closed beta and beta generally means the core stuff (races, features, etc.) have completed and locked down so I think it's a safe bet to say all the races, classes, skill/talent trees are currently up and running in the game. The Greenskins and Dwarves were the first races (and racial pairing) to be previewed to the public probably because they were the first races to be completed to the point where they were presentable to the public (presentable as in all classes, official names, skills and whatnot were effectively locked down and good to go). Chances are there are still remnants of Empire, Chaos, High Elves and Dark Elves using placeholder graphics, animations, etc. and do not reflect the final versions but you can bet they are essentially up and running.
Keep in mind this is a MMO and they take much longer to properly test and balance than your average game. Now if WAR was still in the alpha testing stages then I would agree with you.
Besides, now that stuff is ready to be presented to the public there is no need for Mythic to shove all the completed content down our throat all at once. A major update every month will suffice to keep interest high in WAR until it is released.
The foundation and much of the WAR house has already been built, it's just a question of getting the windows, doors, fixtures, etc. in place and good to go for when we move in...
