What fantasy medieval world exists in your mind?

What fantasy medieval world exists in your mind? (Sorry no sci-fi)

Imagine a land & a human race with sub races.

1) What is their society & culture like?

2) What kind of conflict exists in your land between the sub races.

3) What does each sub race of human look like?

4) How do they dress?

5) What patterns do they have on their clothes/armor/weapons?

6) Describe your world in detail.

Thanks.

kewl questions .. i like stuff that makes me think... lets see

    1.  Three distinct cultures, one land, one sea, and one air. each ruled by a different means. Sea culture is ruled by philosophers.

Land culture is ruled by kings of great battle prowess, air culture is ruled by the greast weilders of Fire and magic.

    2. these threee elemental cultures wage war on each other, each believes the other is destroying their world, and are fighting to gain complete control.

    3. air kindgoms are made of dragons only. there are different types of dragons... like wyverns, battle dragons, ect.. which all have a very distinct look, and are proficient within different things with different attributes.

sea kingdom is comprised of sea dwelling creatues, some amphibious some which are only able to exist outside of the sea while placed under a spell or with a technology. creatures which have features of squid ( these would be the more sophisticated ruling class)... large headed  beings with fiercly savage looking rows of teeth which are the brutes of these sea peoples, looking like sharks a bit ( of course worked in artistically to be inspiring not cheesy( cheesy as in a literal shark with feet) then you got your run of the mil creature from the black lagoon type looking mofos ect...

land kingdom is Humanoids:  elves, humans, and dwarves.  run of the mill stuff there ...

ALL THREE KINGDOMS have races which are choosable and playable from the start ... so you can either be a dragon from the air realm... a shark brute from the sea realm ect...

    4. dress? well id be better off drawing something or modeling something ... but your basic fantasy crap ... each kingdom or realm ( air sea and land) should have a style indiciative of its elemental nature ...

    5. again pattern should go by which elemental region a being comes from ..

water should have darker tones with a more fluidic feel to it... lines as opposed to pictograms or symbols, no crests ect... different configurations of these aqueous, or flowing lines. their chief abilities are rooted in of course water, ice, magic ect...

AIr on the other hand should be tribe and bloodline crests burned into armor by the asrmorsmith, along with air, they posses great abilities with fire.

and land should have crests, symbols, pictograms,  writing ... carved and painted ... displaying their command over STEEL.

    6. burning cities on land from maurading dragons and dragonfolk .... burnt bodies littering the landscape a feeling of doom and dread amongst the populations dwelling on land ... but RIGID conviction amongst its warriors ... brave knights who will fight to the end ... Men of steel, clad in armor who seem to be able to defeat the odds in battle, people you would ask yourself ( how did they do that?) the underdogs with conviction and determination.

Air kingdoms ripe with internal fighting and politics, jealousy, and plots by ambitious dragons to overthrow  other ruling dragon houses and families ... lack of trust amongst dragons, very arrogant atmosphere. they BELIEVE they are rightful owners of the world.their worst enemy is themselves, a culture saturated with Greed and lust, ambition. the single kingdom which has warring factions within it. seemingly the most powerful race without question, or are they?

sea kingdom, safe from the destruction and pillage that the realms above them suffer. the biggest issue within this world is whether or not to come to the Aid of the humans and help fend of the dragon races. They see starvation and famine ruining land, and the more intellectual and wise of leaders in the sealands realize how connected all three realms are, if the above realm of land dies, the sea will in turn have its own ecological system interupted and destroyed. ask from above pours into the sea by the tons and leaves a black film on the surface in some areas. Many sea peoples distrust humans though as much if not more than the dragons because the humans for thousands of years have overfished, and severely polluted the coastal regions, some vie to help the dragons eliminate them.

Think "Memory, Sorrow, and Thorn" trilogy by Tad Williams, crossed with "The Books of Magic" comics spawned by Neil Gaiman, crossed with Jade Realm from Gold Diggers, and you'll start to get the most basic of understanding of what fantasy setting runs through my mind...
