Check playonline.com and choose your region. If you click Service & Support (I just checked the US site), you get a window with a couple of options, and at the bottom of the page:

    Phone Support (858) 790 - 7529 (PLAY) Mondey - Friday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Pacific Time
(!) Please have your PlayOnline ID ready when calling.
(!) Please be sure to dial correctly.

EDIT: Here is the EU version:

    Phone Support +44 (0)870-600-0182 Monday - Friday 09:00 – 18:00 (UK Time)
(!) Please have your PlayOnline ID ready when calling.
(!) Please be sure to dial correctly.
(!) UK Time takes into account daylight saving adjustments.
(!) During British Summer Time (from the last Sunday in March to the last Sunday in October) the Information Centre opening hours for the phone support will be 08:00 – 17:00 (GMT).
(!) Please note that we won’t be able to offer phone support during weekends and on the following days for 2006: 14/04, 17/04, 28/04, 01/05, 29/05, 28/08, 25/12, 26/12.

I can't see how this ever became a problem. You have web access, and the playonline link/adress is found on your game package. For the future, try to use ehm.. is it punctuation you call it? (English is not my native tongue). I mean: . . . . . . . . <--- Ever seen those dots before, deviding stuff into separate sentenses? Your post would have been damn hard to read if it was longer.
