I think it would it would be good for players who are looking for a new MMORPG to have some kind of guide based on a questionaire like:
How much PvP do you want in a game? {none, optional, always}
What genre(s) are you interested in? {list of checkboxes}
How important is a craft system in a game? {1-5}
Are you a casual gamer? {Y/N}
Do you want to play an evil character? {Y/N}
You fill out the questionaire and it tells you want game(s) that you may be interested in. So in the end, you don't have to research all the games, just ones you'd most likely want to play. No one like shelling out money and spending time for a game they don't wind up liking.
