Gamescampus.com own both shot-online, a mmorpg golf game, and Xiah, an asian martial arts RPG game. They have the worst customer support I've ever seen! There are almost never GMs in the game, and when there are, they don't answer any questions regarding the game. The only way to contact them is through a Direct Question and Answer (there are no phone numbers or email addresses, nor is there live chat), and they usually give a standard, from-the-box answer to a well-thought out and well-typed question paragraph. The standard answer is "thank you for your interest in our game".
How do you get across to a company they're going to lose their gamers if they continue along these lines? More recently, they've updated their game package to include HackShield, to stop botting. However, since the update, at least half of the gaming population (as seen from the forums) have been unable to login. Many of these claim to not have been botters, and a few of the names I recognize and I can attest were NOT botters. They just won't fix the friggin game. Anyone have any ideas what to do? They speak very little english, even their game masters, and won't give honest answers if they even answer at all. Just a warning: STAY AWAY FROM GAMeSCAMPUS.COM!!!!
