the game i've always wanted

in The Pub at MMORPG.COM
i am new, and i am a BIG fan of mmorpg games. the first one ive played was probably flyff. i want a new game like "sims online", "second life", or "there" . what i HATE about mmorpg games is for any of the real life ones u have to pay. are there any mmorpg games were u dont have to pay money at all, like u buy furniture, fall in love, make friends, stuff like that, but for free? ive been looking forever! please!

    Guild Wars but you will need to pay for expansions. I know couple of good free mmorpgs that are way better then any $$$ mmorpgs. =)

    I think he is looking for a sandbox or lifesim game.  GuildWars is not a lifesim and you have to buy the actual game (there is no monthly fee)

    The only one I can think of off the top of my head that might be what your looking for is Oz.  It's free, I think you just do things like date and decorate yourself, there is no combat and you fish to make money for clothes etc.

    Problem with that game is it's harsh perma-death.



    And you can't PK easily.

    And you can't PK easily. While this may be true, the OP wasnt looking for PK. He wanted a game where he could buy furniture.
