Someone spamming the Eve review section

RAF-Dood is continuously spamming his review in the palyer ratings section how do i petition this?
I also forgot to mention that this was not a problem when you couldnt bump your review to the top repeatedly. But it was a problem before this was disabled and now its a problem agin now that its enabled again. So now once or twice a day he bumps his trollbait review to the top.
