So I've tried to get a free trial going, and when i put the trial key in, it says:
"The system was unable to retrieve Subscription Plans for the Product Key you entered. [ERROR 40001] "
I've tried this for 2 email accounts, both don't work. Anyone have any ideas about what's going on? Perhaps the trial has run out?

Man I thought it was just me. I get the exact same error and I've tried 4 different email accounts. I sent an email to support about it last night but still no word. What really ticks me off is that they have a live chat service that states the buisness hours are from 12pm to 9pm and there's still no one manning the station. Very unprofessional.
If I hear about a fix when they finally respond to me, I'll let you know.

I think billing was down the other day. That probably had something to with it.
