In need of help

Hey there, iv been playing eve for about 3months now, i have a good idea about the game and hows it played, but now i lost as i cant get my newly bought rupture to function properlly.

Dont get me wrong it work but i have put 4x425mm scout autocannons on it but all it seems to do is miss most of the time, so i fitted a tracker to boost my turret speed and accuracy, but still not much better. I dont have much problem wiv hitting bigger ships than a cruiser its just small ship like frigates, intercepters etc.

So could someone wiv a bit of game experince help me sort this problem plz. thanks

Dude - it could be almost anything from out of range to cheating Devs (Ok, I'm kidding about the cheating Devs).

BUT - here is a tool that may help you narrow down your answer.  A handy-dandy tracking explainer tool that explains the lovely complications that is the mysterious world of Eve tracking:

Hope this gives you the answers you are looking for.

    Cheers.

Thank you for that it has given me an insight of what i have to aim for basically for the small ship like frigates i need my tackingspeed/acurracy to be above 0.2 to hit. So thanks it helped me alot.

I play minmatar and the Rupture is one of my fav ships....DONT...i repeat DONT use 425mms. They are not very good. I suggest using 220mms instead as they track much much better and the ROF makes up for the DPS loss just fine. Believe me on this. You may want to post help questions on the main forums in the ships/modules section. There are many guides writen to help new players. However if you feel so inclined i can answer most pf the minmatar ship fitting questions.

But there is modules i can get to gain tracking speed so wouldnt 425mm still be better. Its just the small ships i struggle agaist at the moment. Also would you go for a arty rupture? as im thinkin about setting one of those up?

Regards to your comment about posting on eve forum, i went to do it there aswell but it didnt post for some reason, and if it did i cant find it now, so thats why i came and posted on here. But i didnt noice on rupture set ups eeveryone goes for 220mm and not bigger ones.

I've been a player for 3 years, and the 220mms, are the better way to go, plus, if u get the special skill trained in small autocannons, ur tracking will increase when u trade in the 220 mm 1s for the 220 mm 2s. Also, use a target painter mod, see if that helps also.
