Billing Question

A couple months ago I downloaded the 14 day trial of Dark Age of Camelot. When I signed up it asked for my credit card number and I kind of remember something saying I would not be billed unless I upgrade to the full game. I played the game and for some reason could not control my toon and getting stuck everywhere. I unistalled the game about a day or 2 after I started the trial account.

I recently read that people where still being billed for Vanguard: SoH even if they cancelled there accounts which I have done. So I checked my bills to make sure I was still not being billed for it. But what I found was a bill fro Mythich Entertainment for $14.99. I'm not sure if this is from Dark Age of Camelot or some other game my brothers play, but when I asked them they said they only have x-box live accounts that they are paying for.

Was I suppose to get in touch with Mythich before the 14 day trial ended and tell them I did not want to be billed anymore? Or is this a diffrent game someone in my family may have signed up for?

    Aye, you were supossed to tell mythic you did not want to go on with the trial. if you do not contact them they will upgrade the trial to an account.

    Yes you needed to cancel.  You do this by simply editing your account and selecting cancel.  It does not say you will not be billed unless you upgrade it would ahve said you will be billed after the 14 day trial.  If you call them and explain the situation they will cancel it for you and refund your money.
