Fertility treatment is somewhat disturbing... Assuming by the matching outfits and the proximity to the woman, they're either siblings or strangely identical adoptees. And assuming this is the result of fertility treatment.
I've seen a thousand of these cute sites, and "cute" animals always make me feel all fuzzy. But the stirred warm emotions are just a trap... Beware the cute baby and ticklish koala bear, for one day they will be strong enough not to be cute anymore and will take everything you love and you'll be the one who'll have to start looking cute for them (or the koala kills you and your kids will be forced to look too cute for it to molest).
