Will women play Greenskins?

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning
Back in my old WoW guild, a little more than 40% of our members were women.  Of those, all of them (including some of the men) played female toons.  So I wonder; will women be willing to play the Greenskins, even without a female option?

    My girlfriend always played a male toon, because of all the comments associated with playing a female toon.  I think it depends on the girl honestly. 



    I'm sure there will be girls that play Orcs and Goblins, but if they don't want to, then they'll have plenty of other choices, and I don't think it'll hurt the Orc and Goblin population at all.

    I imagine they will.

    The Squig herder should pretty much guarentee a ratio equal to that of the games overall ratio of M:F.

    That is unless they add More "Pet classes" with the elves

    I highly doubt it. When my girlfriend played DAoC she made a female elf b/c she loved elves and made it look like her...



    But who am i to say that my experiance will be indicative of all women that game....



    Sure they'll play, but i think the majority of the ladies will play something they can closer identify with personally...

    After all men are going to play Orks even though there are no male Orks in the game. Orks have no gender.

    Even if the Greenskins have a lower population based on player gender, there are elves on BOTH sides of the RvR conflict so the overall server balance should be a little better off.   And since there will be easy transport, a lower population race should be able to expect support from the higher population races who will migrate to wherever the PvP battles are occuring.

    The quesiton is will the elf players want good girl/good boy elves or bad girl/bad boy elves? :)

    Greenskins may have no gender, but they appear to be male. It's likely that a large percentage of the player population is not going to have any knowledge of the Warhammer lore and will just assume all Orcs are male.



    I've found that while it's somewhat common for men to play as women in MMOs, it's much less common for women to play as male characters, so no, I don't really see a very large female population among the Greenskins in the future.

    I wouldn't mind playing a greenskin even if they don't have females, but I just like Chaos better. Now if there's a choice for the particular class that I want to play I'll stick with a female toon. I hope there will be some concept art with female marauders soon  I like what they did so far no babes no chainmail bikinis but real women with proper armor/clothing.

    Because most of them look like they've been on sterioids, they smell and have displeasing facial features, a magoity have the intelligence of a 2X4, and they resemble large piles of humaniod shaped snot?

    They also think feces are used as decorative art or building material. :p



    In several of the concept art it actually says that areas are supposed to be "poo"

    Exactly. A lot of females play male toons to avoid the constant questions or flirting or whatever.  The non-serious female gamers might like the attention and then the whole drama thing starts.  This is Warhammer, not Whorehammer.  It's about WAR!!!

    My GF has 2 ways of creating a character, 1 is she goes for the best looking elf female type 2 she goes for the meanest freakishly looking male. As in if she cant look good (wich in this game she can on the "evil"side) She will create a char that looks so ugly that i think it looks good
