Why do you want my personal information so badly? He thought you were a young, hot woman, then he found out you were an old dude. Everybody hates it when that happens.

Why do you get all the stalkers? Nobody ever stalks me. I feel left out.

I wouldnt put too much time into disproving or discrediting the OP.  Its not like any one who seriously interested in making a game would believe that the OP could help them in any way.

It's simply, a successful mmo needs the following:

    1) Total customizable characters from skills, stats to appearance - 100% open like Eve / UO / AC1

    2) Consensual RVR - like DAOC

    3) Group and solo quests and content that is meaningful, fun and engaging

Then add shared banking, guild housing, mounts, etc... to taste.

You can get his information by doing a whois on his project's website.

Oh wait    The project doesn't have a website because something that doesn't exist cant have a website!  Actually something that doesn't exist could have a website I suppose.  There has been fake mmorpg websites in the past, hasn't there?

If your an indie group don't start with an mmo.  Its much to difficult.  Make a single player RPG first.  Its alot easier and more profitable.  Also want to help me with the mmo I am developing.  Its a website based game that has a top 10 level ranking, and every dollar you donate to me, you gain a level.  Its all automatic too.  But I need a good programmer since I am not too good at programming.  I am on the art side.  For the Art, I am planning to create a very high-poly gorgeous chick as a still, and then have a title.  OMG so great.

Wrong. WoW does not offer total customization, and Lineage 1 and 2 do not offer RvR.  Those are the 3 most successfull mmorpg in the world, please do a bit more research.

You have to produce a game in the right time frame. Vanguard would have a lot more players had it been done and released in July of last year because people were starting to grow tired of WoW before they announced the xpac. Likewise had WoW never been released until let us say... the same day as LOTRO, you could easily assume it would hurt the subs for both games.

You have to produce a game, with polish, in the right frame of time. This is why AoC and WAR are likely to do very well. They are releasing their games when there isn't going to be much out there on the market for people who want a new experience rather than todays generic MMORPGs.
