Character issue with Hero Online

I know I should post something like this at the technical issues forum at netgame.com, but for some reason it won't pull up the page when i try post a new topic so ill ask here.
I started playing the game a day or two before the last patch and i had just changed to hunter class at lvl 10 and was enjoying the game a lot until the next day i logged in and went to choose my character, but it says "Their is no character made." I exited the game and tryed again and my character came up. I played a while and logged off. The next day i went on the same thing happened, but when i tried to reopen the game it still didn't show my character. I tried to reopen it numerous times and still nothing so I checked the forums, but couldn't find anything on this and i reinstalled the game, but the same thing happens.
This is the only free MMORPG that has been able to interest me after just quitting WoW and it sucks that it just all of a sudden doesn't want to show me my character. I don't want to start another character if this might happen again. Has anyone had this problem? and any suggestions are appreciated.

I think they are trying to tell you something about the game.
Support Website doesnt come up, characters disappearing. They obviously have netcoding issues that aren't fixed. You should just play a different f2p mmo. Hero Online sucks... alot.
