I got my invite key and tried it and the first thing I thought was "Why, at this point in time, is this game even being offerred?" I mean, about 15 years ago this might have been acceptable, but in 2007? Yikes! I'll take 9Dragons any day when I want a little casual grinding. At least the toons are nice to look at!
To give it a possible spot, maybe as an MMO-lite for those brand-new to the genre or very young kids getting their first taste of an MMO. Even so, I'd think it'd be a little better to look at. I just cannot fathom a reason for this one at all. I wanted to like it, but...
NCSoft distributes games and, as such, has some very unique offerrings (AA, CoH/CoV, GW). I applaud their work and their ability to put stuf out there and support stuf that isn't absolutely mainstream. But Dungeon Runners? Why?
