    What amazes me about that video is how well Raph understood the importance of crafting is to the crafter. He totally understood how important it was to have your name stamped on the object you created, and becoming well known for your work.

    I'm really looking forward to his next project. He is the only one that gives me hope for the future of MMO's.

    The game sucks.  Sucked pre-nge, and sucks now.  The had the opportunity to make this game shine.  They could of made it Old Republic, but nooo they catered to the Skywalker/Solo/Chewbacca fanboi club.  This could of been the best MMORPG out in the market...but now *bows head for prayer* let it rest in peace until resurrected into a "FREEBIE" MMO, yet people would rather play Korean point and click, pay real money for mall items, grind games.....so it will fail there too.

    I like the people that say "get over it" , nine times out of ten they are playing that game and are so embarssed by it that they feel the need to justify it to themselves.

    I notice that alot actually.   They actully use the "The game is different now", or the "The changed it" .... etc..  as if to hold on to what little they have etc..

    It is intresting to watch though, almost like a play at times...lol

    I like Voyage Century.  It's a good game, free and funner then SWG-nge.  Don't forget to buy exp scrolls from the Item Mall!  (seriously)

    I played SWG for about 2 months... And then  returned to EVE-O.. Seeing this video really makes me think that what they wanted is the way Eve is... If SWG really was as they initially wanted it.. It would have been more than great... Not because I like Eve-o a lot... but the concept

    *Games on our site will be treated just as we treat people. Unsubstantiated comments about specific or general games will be penalized in nearly the same way attacks against people will. The exception is that you can say mean things about games provided you back it up with reasons.
    Example: "Game X sucks." is not a legitimate comment. "Game X sucks, because..." is acceptable.

    Lol, watching this video reminds me a bit of the article in Computer Gaming World (june '02 edition) which was dedicated to SWG pre-launch, also giving off a 'golden tick'et for beta if you were lucky. The 11 or so paged review on the game offered alot of insight on what the developers had planned for the game before its launch. its kinda depressing that the game (even at launch) didn't turn out like they had wanted it to. Alot of lost potential there.

    Despite what didn't make it in though...
