So I take a look in the VG Game issue forums and on page one alone are 23 locked threads. Some are actually reporting bugs and told to /bug it in game, as it does not belong in a game issue forum. I'm one of those who is still playing and enjoying the game, despite a very rocky start, however the best way to tick off a customer is to shut them up.
I mean honestly, yes, there were flame threads, but many of the locked threads are game issues. Telling people that they should know what's a bug and what's an "issue" is like being a computer techie and blasting your customer base for not understanding the difference between faulty hardware and a software/hardware conflict.
I would have to say that someone who posts that they meet the requirements for a diplomacy quest and can't complete it because it says they don't, when they do, is a "game issue" for them, even if they wish to call it a bug.

people can't see bug reports....so less "Game Issues" are out there then....
