How to play Open Beta?

OK, I'm confused, and not embarassed enough not to ask.



I was in CB and based on that I pre-ordered from EB.



Now, how exactly do I get into Open Beta Friday? Am I supposed to get a Key to register because I haven't received one, or do I just login on Friday using my CB account? Or should I have pre-ordered somewhere else?

If you pre-ordered online they might be emailing your code to you, if more than a week has passed give them a ring and ask for it.

If you pre-ordered in a store they should have a pre-order disc which includes the code.

When you get code, input it into your Turbine account and you will be set to go.

 

EDIT:  I preordered from EB as well, but instore.  They didn't have the discs in so I called EB Cust Service and they emailed me a code.  It shouldn't be a problem for you to do the same if no code has come yet.  They have a 1-800 #.

I pre-ordered on 2/26 so I guess they're late.

See if you can cancel that order and just pick up a box at Best Buy.

I preordered mine from online as well.  Whomever you ordered your copy from should have sent you a validation email stating that you had ordered the game with an order number.  On that email you should have recieved an email adress for concerns.  Email that address.  I did and within 2 hours i had my keys.
