EBGames Preorder - Question

in Lord of the Rings Online

I preordered the game just now, it says i will be emailed by the end of the next business day.

has anyone else pre ordered from EB? if so did it follow through and get your key? just wondering why it wasnt instant = P

    When you pre-ordered before it would take a week or two. They only sent them out on Thursdays. I'm not sure if that policy has changed. Hopefully they would be sending them out faster as the pre-order beta is going on now.

    I preordered 2 copies a while ago, therefore expecting 2 key. For weeks nothing came and as open beta got close i emailed them with my order number and asking when I could expect the keys. About two days later (and not on a Thursday) I got one key. I emailed them back saying I still needed one more since my order was for 2 copies. A day later I got the next key. Both keys came with a generic form letter, but they came.

    So my advice would be to just send them an email with your order number now, otherwise you may run into the weekend with no key and no one there to send you one.
