Will there be an in game guild system ?

There already is.  LoTRO guilds are called "Kinships."

So What can u do in 'Kinship' is it just like guild in WoW or do u get guild halls or what ever ?

It's just like being in a guild in any other MMO.  Ultimately, the game doesnt make a kinship good, but the people who are in it.



As far as perks from the game for being in a guild....  I dont believe there are guild halls.  This may be something they put in at a later date though... not sure.  I also read that they are planning on doing player housing at some point too.  I'd totally dig both.  I think a guild hall would be an awesome addition for the game. 



From the posts you have made, it seems you are really curious about the game.  Definitely give it a shot when it goes live.   Logging in the first time, I was hesitant and really pessimistic.  I figured this game was going to totally suck in a cheesy way.  After the first night of playing, my mind was made up that I was absolutely wrong with my first judgement, and that I am going to become a subscriber.  Until the point to where I get sick of it, if I get sick of it that is.  



Also, check out the lotro forums for some more insight into actual game play.  The good thing about mmorpg.com is that you do tend to get both the good and bad points of a game.   But, only use that to get a general idea.  Try it for yourself before you make a decision either way.

Turbine just sent out a questionnaire to some players; it included many questions about the type of player housing preferred, and it also included some questions about kinship halls.  So both are clearly on their radar, with player housing first I think.
