Before I start...

in Final Fantasy XI
I was wondering if there is still a healthy population in this game.  I would be starting from scratch so I want to make sure that I will be able to find parties at lower levels.  I have heard about the time commitment and grind, but being a former EQ player that most likely won't bother me.  Any answers would be greatly appreciated.

    The First 10 lvls are solo then you move to the Dunes if I remember right and party from there on it pretty much the same on every server.

    I just joined and the population seems healthy to me.
