Client_hires.dat and where it lives.

in Lord of the Rings Online

To determine if I have the hires client, I should look in which folder for the .dat file??  Is it the root lotro folder?

    It should be in your main LOTRO install folder.... I cant remember if it is in a subfolder... the name is client_hires.dat It  is about 1.7 GB in size.

     

    FYI You will only have it if you installed the game from a preorder DVD... I dont believe any of the downloaded versions of the game had it...

    I have the DvD.  I just wanted to be sure I had the correct copy.
