The best customer support of any MMORPG I've ever been in... my jaw is still on the floor.  I had a problem and got a reply so quickly not to mention there's IN GAME helpers all you have to do is post a ticket, and if you're online they'll talk to you and if you've gone offline they will reply to your ticket, and you will get an Email so you know someone has replied to help you... and if that's not good enough, out of game you can email them, contact tech support on the website or even go to LIVE ASSISTANCE between 12pm to 9pm mon-fri.

Really thanking these guys for their help... I hate to sound like a fanboy but I think this is the best customer service I've ever had which wasn't an 'in person' situation hehe

Yeah I have to agree. I put in a ticket first day of pre-order beta, with in 15 minutes I had a Gm talking to me, and helping me on my issue. It seems though they have limited resources when it comes to the more technical issues. I had a few questions the other day and all the GM told me to do was check out the knowledge base and/or email tech support. All in all though i have to say a really great customer service.
