in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning
I want to get an idea about how well the balance between order and destruction will be. Keep in mind, there are 8 new classes coming out that will change these numbers.

    Destruction. Hoping to avoid the absolutely most immature players that tend to never get high lvled, instead they just run around and ask for money and boost thro instance. The smaller kids want to be "the good side" and when there is such a clear good side, I hope that there won't be as many on the evil side. I got nothing against the smaller kids, but I got kind of tired from getting whisper from a 11 year old who couldn't talk english. That's my reason.

    In my opinion, it is EXTREMELY too early for these polls. Not only do you not know what some careers' features are, there are two races where they haven't even ANNOUNCED their careers. To the above poster who is choosing a certain army for only THINKING the player base will be more mature, to me that is a very horrible reason. Also, please remember that age=/=maturity. Being a young player, I don't get accepted in some guilds PURELY based that I don't meet their age requirements, thinking they'll get some bratty moron that'll do god knows what. There may be many "kids" that do meet their expectations, but there are many for are just the complete opposite.



    On topic though, I am most likely going to go Destruction, because I like the style and lore of the Chaos army, and a few other reasons.

    It's too early for a poll that is even remotely accurate, but there is no harm in taking one now, as long as you aren't going to assume it is even somewhat accurate.

    I plan to play a High Elf regardless. The profession will depend on whether or not we get to play Dragon Princes of Caledor. If we do, I'll be the High Elf tank, otherwise, it's going to be a Swordmaster of Hoeth for me.

    I have already decided to play a dwarf, i dont know what class yet, but i will be a dwarf. Order is so far the underdog in this game, at least thats what ive seen, and i like to play the underdog. and so far as that little kid playing the good side, i would think that it would be the opposite way

    I wanted to play chaos, Zealot. I don't like the way they look though. I may go the route of a chosen but right now Squig herder has my heart. Never know what might happen though. I have yet to see the darkelves and they may completely own. I's say highelves and darkelves only have a low vote because their classes have yet to be released. They should release a couple in the next newsletter.

    I am going to be part of the Order and will play as the race of High Elf. 



    Every since this game was announced however I have had this feeling that it was going to become the next WoW, meaning it will have the community of WoW.  What ever happened to the old days when a MMORPG's community was actually mature, kind and respectful.  Nowadays it just seems that whoever can make the most retarded and stupid jokes are the favorites among the masses (i.e the whole Chuck Norris thing).  I for one will wait to actually play this game until I see that the community is actually a decent one.

    The reasons why I think WAR wont have the retarded WoW community are the following reasons:



    1. A lot of the little retard WoW players will probably stick with WoW.



    2. I think the game might have a little trash talk about ownage, but people should be more busy owning than talking about owning(it takes a lot more attention to pvp than it does to pve).



    3. WoW is a game tailor made for talking. You can go through the whole entire game killing the mobs and talking to your friends/general chat etc. When I did pvp in WoW i had to wait to die before I could talk. While I was alive however I needed all my attention for pvp, and since this is a pvp game you might see a little less bullshit in the chat.



    4. WAR dosnt have offical forums. A lot of the bullshit from WoW comes from its forums. If your a mage and the lock forums says "nerf mages", and you get owned by mages, you will probably be pissed off and flame that forum.



    And finally, if there are some stupid kids in the community that talk trash, act like complete idiots, etc, do the following:



    1. Ignore the little punks, i.e. don't waste your time talking to them. Don't say something that will provoke the little ones to talk shit.



    2. Because they are little punks, they will suck at the game and you can look at them like their fresh meat.



    I think every single game has some punk kids in the community no matter what. I mean games are kinda made for kids right? You just have to deal with it the best you can. WoW just has sooooo many people that it seems like there are a shit load of kids however, I found the little kids very easy to avoid just by joining the right guilds and grouping with the right people.

    The Empire for me. I love their lore, and the wickedness within it's borders..

    Remember guys, "good" and "evil" doesn't exist, really, in the Warhammer world. Within the Empire you'll find fundamentalistic lunatics, that'll burn you on the stakes for looking at their eyes. Corruption is wide spread within it's borders. The peasants aren't treated too well. To call the empire "good", would be to spread propaganda. Likewise, the orcs aren't evil. They just love a good fight.

    Good point with the kids wanting to be evil, but they usually want to be on the "good side". Or atleast that's my hope.

    I will be a chosen of Tzeentch.

    I have been playing warhammer since 1983!  Before there were any miniture lines for it.  My favorite armies in warhammer in order of preference are Bretonnia, Chaos, Dwarf, Wood elf and Vampire counts. Working on a Greenskin army at the moment.

    I think the Empire have a great look to them and their careers seem really iconic, however I'll probably roll a Chaos Marauder for mutation fun

    What, no choice for people addicted to alts? I'm going to roll both Destruction and Order (on two different servers of course).  And I'm going to try as many classes as I can.

    I've also come to the realization I may never hit the level-cap

    I'm counting on the notion that I'll find one or two that I like more than all the others and then I can focus on those clases to get to the cap.   But I'll won't know which those are until I play them
