EA to bring WAR to Asia

Electronic Arts have just announced that it will bring WAR to major Asian regions, including Korea, China, Taiwan and Japan.



"Warhammer Online is coming to Asia," says Hubert Larenaudie, President of EA Asia Online. "WAR is one of the most anticipated MMORPGs today and we are excited to bring the game to Asian audiences. With its unique RvR system and rich end game content, Warhammer Online is sure to set a new standard for MMORPGs in Asia."



"Over the last twenty-four years, Games Workshop has crafted and refined the Warhammer fantasy universe into one of the richest intellectual properties in the world," says Mark Jacobs, GM of EA Mythic and lead designer of WAR. "Combine this with EA Mythic's expertise in creating massively multiplayer online games and the result is a title that we look forward to presenting to the exciting and vibrant Asian market."

Just as I had predicted,and have been ridiculed for,now I am Vindicated.Of course this was mostly by WAR fans,but I feel this could be a factor in decision time.It will at least get me to church to pray more.

    I posted it in both forums,since many are torn between the two games.I figured that this type of info was important to many in thier final decision.I hope you didn't get charged for my bandwidth use.and btw thanks for the bump.

    Random11 here, on my sister's account, still have 1 day from the ban :D



    I am really happy for WAR, and their huge audience, however those interested in both games, and who took the effort to visit the age of conan section of this site, will take the time to check out the war part of it as well.
