hello im dumbass
and i need to know 2 things..
How to you get a new processer installed to your pc cause i know my procceser sucks (Intel Celeron 2.40GHz)
and
I had a nvidia geforce 5200 256mb a year ago and it burned out and messed my pc up so i got a new one and this time i got a ATI RADEON 1650x PRO 512mb for the new computer and it seems to be more laggy and im postive that the ati is better then the 5200
but the other computer had an intel pen III 2.4GHz and i dont know if thats worse or better
but im getting kinda mad
or it could be too much hackers cause i got my acc banned for hacking...
but does anyone know the problem here? if you do youll get a box of chocolate

Processor: find out the socket typ I.E. 478, 775, etc. and what the maximum power cpu you can put in for your motherboard 3.6, etc.
Pentium will always be better than celeron.
Graphic card: don't know much about ATI except all the complaints abiout their drivers, and most games are more friendly toward Nvidia cards. Personally, I've only ever used Nvidia cards and have never been disappointed. As far as your card, I'd try different catalyst/omega drivers until performance improves.
Upgrading a CPU is a tad difficult. If you insist on doing it yourself you need to identify what chipset you have first. Use the Use the Intel chipset ID utility.
Trust me man..i would choose nvidia over ati its just that i ave an agp slot not a pci express so it wont fit in my pc
