GRR can somebody help me?!

in Lord of the Rings Online
So I have the game installed on my computer and I ordered a pre-order box through best buy and picked it up today. My first question is: Since I bought the 10 dollars pre order box does that mean i have the game pre ordered at best buy?



My second question is: I Went to my Turbine account and put in the key that came with the pre order box and clicked YES replace old subscription. No matter how many times I do this it says BETA 2, and im guessing thats the closed beta that I was in.



I log in and all the servers are closed. Whats going on?!

Real life brings repetition and pointlessness too. The only thing real life offers is Great graphics. Its kinda expensive too and way to dependent on the cash shop. Totally pay to win as well. No thank you. Ill stick to my games.

    Sounds like you should be e-mailing costumer support, because Turbine support has been stellar and their shouldnt even be a need for this thread .

    There was a problem with a few retailers giving out the wrong beta keys.  Just email their account support team and they will get it fixed for you.  Try going to to forums.lotro.com and searching the forums.

    Thanks for the replies guys but I just re-entered it a few times and it finally worked. Odd.
