in Lord of the Rings Online

ok quick dumb question.  If I pre-order this game say... next week and enter the pre-order CD key, will I get to keep the character I have been playing in the world tour after launch?

    Yes.  You did not have to buy the pre-order before the World Tour was launched.  The difference is that you are paying for the pre-order, and that $10 gets you access to different sub plans and keeping your character.
