I cant see anything wrong with LOTR, so its a bit like WoW, what game isnt? Since WoW was based on a lot of games, the cycle continues.
This is just a ridiculous attempt to say "my game is better", when clearly its a matter of opinion for children.
    Who's game?

Agreed. Like someone said before, if you enjoy the game then play it. If you don't like it, don't play. I've never played WoW, so I could really care less about what it does or does not have in common with WoW. I just know that I'm having a lot of fun with LOTRO, so that's what I'll be playing. I really don't understand the motives of people who feel the need to trash games that aren't for them. Are they trying to convert people to play their game or does it just make them feel superior to tell everyone "my game is better"?

"The OP created his forum account yestarday , he's just a WOW troll fanboi for sure , the ones that make new accounts to bash other games and hype the games here on mmorpg.

yall shouldn't give this much cradit to this kind of posters and just let the damn threads die, just check his post history and the date he joined."

Correct: I am new to this forum. Very observant. Wrong: I don't play World of WarCraft. WoW, being the unrivaled MMORPG success that is, is used as an example throughout the original post as most players already are familiar with the game. Please, try again.

I think you are either a future WAR fanboi, or just another kiddie who was upset LOTRO wasn't what he hoped it would be.
    I'm neither.

Let me get this straight ...
    1. you never played WoW
    {Mod edit}

So you base your OP on a game you never played but yet , LotRO plays exactly like the game you never played. If this is true then you are basically saying , you never played LotRO ? If that is the case, your entire posts from here on out are null and void ?

    who me ?

Friendly reminder: topic of discussion is LOTRO, not individual users.

You need to read your own statement there....

I have noticed you are either a hardcore fanboy or hardcore flamer.  I have seen you post over at VG boards, so I have seen ya on both sides.

How long have you been playing MMOG's?

    Just curious.

I wholeheartedly agree.. but why delete my post clarifying that I thought he was speaking about LOTRO for one of 2 reasons that should are obviously proof he was just trolling in the first place(on top of it being his first friggin post here ever.)?

I am by no means trying to be disrespectful to you, I am just curious why a brand new poster that was trolling is being protected :)

In general posts can be deleted to keep thread(s) on track (if they are serious enough; bans and/or warnings are given).
It is allowed to have (promotive & negative) discussions about game(s); but after reading entire thread its mostly about other users so a lock is applied.
