New duo advice

SO me and my friend are going to give the 10 day trial a go in a week or so.  We have played EQ1, DAOC, and WoW together and with our lifestyle and play time it sounds like DDO may work well for us.  I just have a few questions.

1) What is the max party size?

2) How far can a duo get before we need pickups?

3) What is a viable duo as far as classes are concerned?

Thanks!

A good duo can do almost anything ... well for a while. But this game is great if you of you two can heal , even if you can't the game is super easy to get party member in. I would form grousp for anythign within 5 mins if suepr late 10 . This was liek 3 months ago.  Anyway you can do a few duos.  One is two warforge players one a wizard and the other a fighter/(rogue, cleric) This works ok but i prefer.

Something like this, ps lvl cap is or soon will be 14 so you maye want more figher over rogue for figter only styles... but maybe not..  in anycase , the other would be well off as a battle cleric or pure cleric, bard, even a sorc (with high UMD), i think a pally would work also. ie somethign that can tank or cc and heal.

Ignore the spam.  It will not do you any good in terms of identifying if this game is going to be fun for you.

Dungeon & Dragons Online is a unique gaming experiance. The character movement and controls are semi-twitch since you need to be facing your target to shield block and/or cast certain spells.

DDO is a scripting experiance.  One of the best scripted experiances on the market.  It is not as persistent of a world as other MMO's and most environments are instances only accesible to your party.  Playing with the sound on is very much required to experiance this game to its fullest.
