Moving UI windows

Can someone please indulge me and tell me how to move the UI windows? I refuse to play in the original 800x600 and now the windows are stuck in the center of my screen and I can't see any way to move them. Searched through the in game options and noted the window options available for each one, but there appears to be nothing for moving windows.
