Looking For MMO

Hey guys, Im looking for a new MMO.. Ive been watching Darkfall and Age of Conan, but I thought I'd ask to see if someone could give me another game.
Im going to name some things I would really like in a game, but as long as most of them are in, the game might be fine for me.
I really like when games are sandbox, you can do whatever you want, wherever you want. I like having the option to run around and do PvP wherever you want.. I also like the idea of guilds building their own small towns.
One thing I dont like in an MMO is magic, it really seems to make it so much less fun. Theres always those annoying spells that just destroy you or slow you down so much you cant do anything to fight back.
(This needs to be in the game if im going to play) There needs to be some sort of loot for when you kill someone. I hate how WoW did it, you just get honor points or whatever and you can spend those on stuff. I want the guy I kill to drop an item he had equipped, it doesnt have to be full loot, just at least one item.

you have the whole of friggin space to lark about how you like in! lots of stuff to do, lots of waiting i will say, lots of pvp. i dont play it, thats not the point!
