VSoH grows when?

in Vanguard: Saga of Heroes
I had a friend of mine try this game out, and his response the first day was simply wow.  He told me I would leave World of Warcraft if I ever played it.  Only 2 days later he quit it because of issues with bugs.  I have no question that this game will gain me, and my 11 friends that gamehop together, when they fix their bugs.  I hope it is sooner rather than later, because first game to offer housing/transport... character options and pretty ui... that's where I'm gonna be.  Customer Service is key though, and I hear they have a bit of a streatch to gain loyalty.  I've not seen a game get such great reviews from the devs and such poor reviews on the GMs in a long time.

    I have to be honest and say that the bugs i have come across are not earth shattering (ok i fell through the earth but hell i doubt many people tried to climb the suicide route up Widows peak and to be honest i was scared and wanted to get down anyway)

    and the customer service i have encountered so far has been excellent (you can see my previous posts regarding lost |XP and how the GM's resolved it for me)

     

    who knows maybe i am just one of the lucky ones

    Im gonna keep playing cos i enjoy the game and the community atm is great

    I agree, this game had abit to many bugs att release, and maybe it still does.
    but a good thing about this game is that Sigil/SoE seems to notice this and have made a huge process in this.
    By updating almost dayly and what i feel, have  heard the players crys they seem to have made things happen.
    was some time sence i last entered Vanguard becouse of comp problem.
    but its gonna be good to return and see how the game has progressed sence the last time i logged on.

    Bugs aren't really the problem. They are there -- but at this point they are in the same quantities that you've come to expect from this type of game.

    The main problem is performance. Its improved enough to satisfy some of my friends on mid-ranged machines but machines that just barely meet the spec are in for bad play experiences.

    By reputtation the CS is supposed to be horrible. I don't know as I've never had a reason to use them.
