First off send a message to Disney to PUT UP A FORUM!!!!!! IF they get enoff requests they may get the ball running. be sure to tell them the importance of this information.

Many of you guys have been asking for the beta website. Many of you do not realize that beta is even available yet. Well I am here to give you the information. I think the reason they don't have the intell on their main site is because they are not ready for the general public. They are still testing the servers and are prolly not ready for a huge over flow. I've been playing it for the last couple days and have not seen too many people online with it. Anywho I have the gift and I will share it because I'm just like that.....*light shines down on me and heavenly music is played* ok ok so it's not that dramatic. lol but you can thank me later for letting you have access to this information. so here it is.......................

    You want people to post reviews of a closed beta game, which more than likely has an NDA? Tell ya what, you post the link to Disney saying it's an open beta with no NDA, and you'll get your reviews.

    That you are encouraging people on this forum to do something which is strictly against this site's rules? No. That you posted a link to a beta that most of us have already found on our own? Nope.

    you really need to read the past posters........there are more people that have posted requesting for the beta website then people like you. Perhaps you should research before you go pointing fingures.

    must be national pick on Dragons Day today. so I don't have time to spell......so I'm deslexic. oh well. why am I even wasteing my time defending myself in the first place when I could be mmorpging. *sighs and rolls eyes* anyways if we are going to insult each other let's do it in pvp not in silly forums. eh? So has anyone else besides me played this game yet? what do ye thinks?

    That's nice. Are these e-mails giving you beta access? All I asked for was proof that there is no NDA other than the OP and your words. A link or copy of something staing that everyone is free to talk about what they see while playing would solve that. I would like to keep people from being banned just because YOU said there's no NDA. And thank you for the compliment on the intelligence of my attitude, lass!

    About the NDA!

     

    From a strictly legal point of view, there is no NDA.

     

    In legal terms an agreement is a defined / explained regulation you agree or disagree to.

     

    When I got my beta invitation I only agreed to the EULA (end user license agreement) that did not cover any level of confidentiality for the beta testing. Before you ask, yes I do read every EULA or TOC or LA. I am a lawyer, it is part of what I do to earn a living.

     

    On the other hand, when you read the FAQ of PotC, you will find that in the last section they do tell people not to communicate beta experience to 3rd parties. To bad that a FAQ is not legally binding, because you do not explicit agree to it.

     

    Now, I have no influence on the fact if you belive or distrust my word. If you want to see for yourself, please sign up for the beta and within a few day you will have a first hand experience to judge.

     

    As a general comment on the beta. This game is a blank embarrassment for every single person that worked on it. Oh, this seems to be a harsh statement? I am sorry, let me rephrase it: "OMG, Pirates of the burning sea is coming out, lets put a counter on the market real quick, based on a successful movie."

     

    Now, feel free to flame ahead.
